Important to note

Prior registration on our website is required for the flight.
Hot air balloon flights depend on weather conditions and take place only in favorable weather. The season runs from April 23 to October 30.
In spring, summer, and early autumn, balloon flights typically occur early in the morning (1 or 2 hours after sunrise) and in the evening (1 or 2 hours before sunset).

Restrictions for hot air balloon flights

Participation in the flight is prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol and for pregnant women. Please also note that high-heeled shoes are not allowed on board the hot air balloon!

We recommend wearing practical, weather-appropriate clothing that ensures comfort and safety during the flight.

The most suitable and recommended clothing for the flight is comfortable, full-coverage cotton attire. High-heeled shoes are strictly prohibited on board.

How to apply for a flight?

You are welcome for a hot air balloon flight in Latvia. The most beautiful hot‑air balloon launch sites are Cēsis, Sigulda, Bauska, Jelgava, Tukums, Kandava, and Talsi. Fly high in the sky and see for yourself the magnificent nature of Latvia from a new perspective!

Kā tas notiek HOW TO DO IT?

  1. Iegādājieties biļeti lidojumam gaisabalonā.
  2. After completing the payment, a PDF ticket with a unique reservation code will be sent to the specified email address,
  3. The recipient of the ticket/gift card registers it in the “register gift card” section.
  4. Mēs plānojot lidojumu dienu un laiku, 2-3 dienas pirms lidojuma uz jūsu norādīto telefona numuru atnāks ziņa, ar uzaicinājumu pievienoties lidojumam, uz kuru jāatbild:
    – varat pievienoties pasākumam – LIDOSIM,
    – nevarat pievienoties – NELIDOSIM.
  5. Pēc apstiprinošas atbildes sazināsimies ar jums par tālākiem lidojuma procesiem.

The flight on July 20 was wonderful! It was such a joy to fly high in the sky, to see the immensely beautiful landscapes below, and to see the pilot and her teams’ professional approach and teamwork. The flight was very exciting, but it was also very interesting to see all the work before take-off and after landing. Such an adventure is worth two early mornings even when the first sunrise ended up being bad for the flight and it was rescheduled for another day.
